Concours and Display Entrants Terms and Conditions
By completing this form and going through this registration process, entrants for Display only or Concours cars and motorcycles implicitly agree to these terms and conditions.
The “event” means Motors & Masterpieces taking place at the Melbourne Showgrounds between 22 and 24 of November 2024, and the venue means the Melbourne Showgrounds.
All entrants must comply with the instructions and directives of the event organizers and the staff of the Melbourne Showgrounds at all times, while inside or accessing the venue for the purpose of the event.
All Display and Concours cars and motorcycles have a pre allocated space at the event. Entrants must follow the organizer’s instructions to position the vehicles in the pre allocated space and at the time designated by the organizer.
If the entrants fail to have their vehicles available at the time and location advised by the organizer to enter the venue for the event, whilst every effort will be made to accommodate any delays, the organizer cannot guarantee that this may be possible, and the entrant is not entitled to a refund of the entry fee.
Neither the organizer nor the Melbourne Showgrounds are responsible in any way for any damage suffered by any vehicle during the event. Entrants display their vehicles at their own risk and are responsible for their own insurance.
Entrants are responsible for any damage that they may cause to the venue during the event and must be ensured accordingly.
All vehicles must be removed after the event according to the organizer’s instructions. Failure to do so will result in handling and storage charges.
The organizer reserves the right to change dates due to force majeure or factors outside the organizer’s control and a reschedule doesn’t entitle the entrants to a refund of the entry fee. However, entry fees will be refunded in full if the event is cancelled.
All content generated by the organizer in relation to the event, including images of vehicles displayed at the event, remains the property of the organizer and the organizer reserves the right to use this content for its own promotions across all media channels and as it sees fit.
